We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant for a friendly, supportive primary school in Hatfield, Herts with the ability and willingness to work as part of a team and offer flexibility in supporting individual children, or small groups within a classroom.
You will be working with a friendly professional team of teachers and support staff in a school that nurtures and develops staff
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate in supporting children to believe they can aspire to achieve their very best
- Can work effectively with children, confidently adapting the curriculum to meet their needs
- Has experience working in a primary school classroom
- Can demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills whilst remaining calm and patient
- Is willing to be flexible and demonstrate strong teamwork skills
- Can be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Have GCSE Grade C English and Maths or equivalent
We work with Primary schools, Primary Academy Trusts, and some Private Schools throughout Hertfordshire, who require qualified Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Nursery Nurses.
We offer a wide range of bookings from short and long-term supply to permanent and fixed term contracts. Both part time and full time positions are available!
