To be a supply teacher:

· A passionate individual to make a difference to a pupils

· Be a positive role model for the classes you teach

· Always a supportive ear to your pupils and empathetic to the individual requirements of each child

· Excellent communication skills

· You must Hold QTS/QTLS or NQT status
