We are excited to introduce our fabulous team to you. Not only are they an incredibly friendly and fun bunch to work with but they genuinely care so much about doing an exceptional job for you!
We are super lucky to have them and so without further ado let us introduce you!
Managing Director
I am very proud to work with a fantastic team of dedicated people, and collectively we are determined to break the mould of education supply agencies. We are passionate about placing great staff into the right settings and providing excellent client and candidate care. We have offices in Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and Surrey, and we are committed to delivering a personal approach in everything we do.
All four branches are growing rapidly, and we are always on the lookout for good people to join our teams.
As a company, children and safeguarding are at the centre of what we do. To this end, I also sit on the APSCo Compliance + committee to help mould and improve the highest standard of safeguarding and compliance for our industry.
I couldn’t be prouder of our whole team for scoring 99.68% in our recent APSCo Compliance+ safer recruitment audit. It is a true testament to them and the quality and consistency of our safer recruitment process.
When I set up Clearly Education, I wanted it to be founded on trust, respect, honesty and to build a team who were approachable, friendly, caring and genuinely passionate about what we do. Our Cambridgeshire Team
Coby is the Cambridgeshire Branch Manager. He started with Clearly Education over 5 years ago, starting off as an apprentice. He has since worked his way up through all the different roles, and he now very competently runs the branch. Starting with the company at such a young age, he has learnt so much. His favourite part of the job is talking to new people, building relationships with individuals of all ages, backgrounds and personalities. In his free time, he competes in motocross, and has done for many years. Coby is passionate about SEN, and he fully appreciates the importance of finding the right person for the right role, and the real difference this can make. Coby is determined to grow his branch, and he wants to further the success of the Cambridge team. He would like to become the company’s best ever manager!
Hannah has spent over a decade looking after clients, customers and candidates and you can certainly say she is a ‘people person’.
Her background within the Media and Hospitality sector have refined her customer service skills, multi-tasking and to have heaps of patience!
It’s with no doubt she is passionate about helping people which works perfectly in her consultancy role at Clearly.
She loves that in recruitment, you see results, have an end goal and how rewarding this feels!
In her spare time Hannah is a mummy to little Olivia and loves to spend time with her family. A real foodie and loves a good horror film!
Before working in recruitment, Maria worked in hospitality many years. During this period, Maria gained multiple skills in customer service, multitasking, qualifications and management experience. Her personal interests include travelling, cooking, reading, and spending time in nature. Maria enjoys working for Clearly Education as she loves to meet new people, and she is passionate about helping candidates finding their perfect job role.
Before joining Cambridge team, Julia worked in various Administrative settings and also at a Horse Sanctuary as a Team Leader. Having grown a particular interest in recruitment from aspects of previous roles and enjoy problem solving and logistics, Julia has recently refreshed her skills in Level 3 Administration, Customer Service and a combined Recruitment, HR and Payroll Diploma. Julia has many personal interest including animals - mainly dogs and horses, motorsports involving fast cars, mindfulness and exercise classes. She loves nothing more than to take her giant Dachshund Phoebe out for long walks in the countryside on the weekends.
Sheis thoroughly enjoying working with Clearly because as well as combining a lot of her skills and interests, Julia is also passionate about helping and discovering more opportunities for candidates and clients.
Our Essex Team
Lianne started her career as an overseas education recruitment consultant in the city of London. After returning to work with her first child, Lianne qualified as an LSA, working with students from the age of 3-18. During her spare time and before having her second child, Lianne was a school governor specialising in the safeguarding and wellbeing of pupils. Since 2017, Lianne has been working as an education consultant. The knowledge and experience she gained from the past five years, was a huge help in setting up the new Clearly Branch in Chelmsford.
Natalie is the newest member of the team in the Chelmsford Office and is enjoying every minute of her new challenge. She is level 2 qualified in childcare and education and enjoys putting herself forward to personally help some of the Essex based settings. She is also a mum of two, so understands the importance of ensuring the correct candidates are placed accordingly.
Having previously worked in retail and working her way up to managerial level, Natalie is passionate about making sure our clients and candidates receive the best possible customer service from us, whether it is over the phone, email or in person.
Natalie is a keen baker and cake decorator, so enjoys making treats for the office to enjoy. As a mum of two boys, her weekends are often fully overrun with football training and games and Clearly Education are the proud new sponsors of her eldest sons U9’s football team, Witham football club!
Our Hertforshire Team
Mel originally trained as a teacher and holds a Bed Honours in Education Studies from the University of Hertfordshire. As part of her university degree she completed several teaching placements in local Hertfordshire schools. She first started working as an Education Consultant back in 2007 and hasn’t looked back since! She now heads up the St Albans branch, still supporting local schools but from a slightly different perspective.
Maria has over 25 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, covering education as well as other sectors. She started working as an Education Consultant in 2010 where she progressed to be the senior consultant for St Albans, with a particular focus on supporting the local primary schools. Alongside her work at Clearly she is also a safe space mentor for children aged between eleven and nineteen in Hertfordshire.
Before working in recruitment, Lucy has worked as a level 3 Early years practitioner with 7 years’ experience. During her time as a practitioner, she has taken on many different roles and now puts her knowledge into assisting the St Albans branch to recruit high quality staff with the equivalent qualifications to work in our local settings.
Our Surrey Team
Sophie has been with Clearly Education from the beginning. She has nearly 20 years’ experience in office management. This experience means we can provide a streamlined service to our clients, making the process as stress free as possible.
Being a mum of three, Sophie understands the importance of high-quality childcare and uses this to support the team to ensure all Clearly staff meet our high standards.
Vikki has been with Clearly Education from the beginning. She holds a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare and Education and has worked in various roles in local Early years settings. After using many agencies during her time as nursery management, She decided to move over and become an education consultant.
She now uses her extensive knowledge and experience to provide high quality staff who have the right qualification and experience for each role.
Our Head Office Team
Rachel has worked with the company for over 10 years as an Education Consultant, and then a Branch Manager. Prior to this, Rachel trained as a primary school teacher.
She now works as our Business Support Manager, which is a tricky role to define as there isn’t much she doesn’t do for the company! Rachel leads compliance, supports the business with payroll, invoicing, HR, and she manages our admin and compliance team.
Anna joined the team in April 2021 coming from a background in administration and events management. She is ultra-organised and a great communicator, which is crucial to ensuring that our candidates are vetted to the highest standards in line with APSCo Compliance+. Anna loves the work-life balance she is able to achieve in this role.
Abbie joined the team in November 2021 and brings with her a range of experience working across marketing, events, fundraising and administration. She loves working with people, is an excellent all-round communicator and takes an organized and methodical approach to everything she works on.
She is excited to work with our candidates and teams and her skill set and experiences will ensure all our candidates go through a full vetting process and ensure adherence to APSCo Compliance+.
Makaya joined the team in November 2022 and is a digital marketing specialist. She brings to Clearly Education years of experience working in different industries creating and delivering digital marketing campaigns.
Makaya is a mum to her 3 gorgeous children and as if that didn’t keep her busy enough, she also spends her time teaching and ‘encouraging’ us to do more digital marketing – unfortunately that often includes one of us getting in front of a camera or microphone which is taking some getting used to!!
She loves learning and staying up to date with the latest trends in Digital Marketing herself and is truly a key member of our team. If you are wondering who is behind our amazing social media and website content, well look no further!
