We use our knowledge and experience to find the right staff with relevant experience, and often qualifications, when it comes to helping you find temporary and permanent SEN professionals. Clearly have a wonderful team of Qualified SEN teachers and assistants on our books, who have a real passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.

Some of our settings use us for sporadic cover – covering staff sickness or annual leave cover. More often than not though, we offer SEN staff on a longer term basis, as we know that consistency is key when it comes to supporting pupils with SEN. Whether you’re looking to support pupils within a state school, or you need to add to your existing team within a specialist school, we are here to assist you. You will always have the option to request your favourite staff members to come back again and again, and our staff will often become “honorary members” of your team.
