Flexible work opportunities – we have a mixture of long-term and day to day roles available. Many of our TA’s work full time in one school, on a long-term basis. Alternatively, if you require more flexibility to your working pattern, you can choose to do day to day cover and pick and choose each week which days you would like to work.
Many of our TA’s go on to accept permanent employment within the schools that they cover in – it can be a fantastic way to get a foot in the door.

Unlike many agencies, Clearly do not use umbrella companies to pay our candidates. Instead you are employed and paid directly by Clearly. This means that there are no monthly charges taken from your pay.

Clearly are always looking for Teaching Assistants to join our team working across both primary schools and SEN schools.

To join the Clearly TA team, we ask that you have experience working within schools and /or experience working with individuals with additional needs. We have lots of Teaching Assistants who have come to us from a care work background and find that these individuals often thrive in our schools.
