Franchise Liaison Manager
Emma holds many years managerial experience in both recruitment and within nurseries. Emma started her training studying her Level 3 in childcare before moving on to complete her BA Honours in Education and Early Childhood Studies.
Emma had worked for many years within nursery settings before heading into the Education Recruitment sector in 2013 working as a Branch Manager. Alongside working within our Chelmsford office, Emma is now also our Franchise Support Manager for Clearly Education.
Anna joined the team in April 2021 coming from a background in administration and events management she is ultra organised and a great communicator. which is crucial to ensuring that our candidates are vetted to the highest standards in line with APSCo Compliance Plus.
Business Support Manager
Rachel has worked in Education recruitment for 10 years as an Education Consultant and then Branch Manager. Prior to this Rachel trained as a primary school teacher.
She now works as our Business Support Manager, completing compliance checks, supporting the business with payroll, invoicing, general administrative tasks and managing our team of compliance administrators.
Abbie joined the team in November 2021 and brings with her a range of experience working across marketing, events, fundraising and administration. She loves working with people, is an excellent all-round communicator and takes an organized and methodical approach to everything she works on.
She is excited to work with our candidates and teams and her skill set and experiences will ensure all our candidates go through a full vetting process and ensure adherence to APSCo Compliance Plus.
