A fresh approach – We do things differently!
Clearly Education was set up to break the mould of supply agencies. Having worked in education we fully understood the stresses of being understaffed. We have also been on the receiving end of agencies who were focused on putting a “body” in the classroom with little to no thought of whether they are the right person for the position. We were well aware of this becoming more of a hindrance than a help! Sound familiar?
For this reason, we set our mission firmly in concrete to ensure ‘Clearly’ would only provide the best experience to both our education settings and our candidates. We work closely with our schools and nurseries – to ensure that we provide staff who are a good match to the setting and have the right qualifications and experience for the post.

As a company, we hold the safety and wellbeing of the children we support at the centre of everything we do.
We are passionate about safeguarding and constantly strive to reach the highest standards. In our view, many recruitment companies fall short on their safeguarding and compliance processes and the Clearly view is that nothing is more important. Everything we do is designed to protect children and put in front of them the best teachers and support teams that will ensure they have an amazing, safe and enriching experience throughout their early years and schooling.
For this reason we are members of APSCo (The Association of Professional Staffing Companies), and are very proud to hold their Compliance+ accreditation, which sets the gold standard for safer recruitment in Education. It goes so deep for us that our Managing Director and Designated Safeguarding Lead also sits on the APSCo Compliance + committee to help mould and continually improve the standards.
Compliance+ is a CCS-recognised best practice quality standard and ensures we always adhere to the stringent Compliance+ guidelines when recruiting education staff to join our team.
We take it so seriously we scored 100% in our recent APSCo Compliance+ safer recruitment audit.
It’s personal for us!
We take pride in looking after both our candidates and our settings by providing a personal approach. Having locally based teams means that you will have a familiar and friendly voice at the end of the phone. We conduct face to face interviews, hold regular socials for our candidates and visit our settings regularly with cakes and goodies.
And if that isn’t enough we absolutely promise the best tea, coffee and biscuits in the industry free with every visit to our offices (and you can hold us to this!)

‘Clearly’ have a wonderful team of Qualified Teachers, Teaching Assistants, SEN staff and Early Years Practitioners. We are super proud of them all! We currently supply staff to Primary Schools, SEN Schools and Early Years Settings across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and Surrey.
